| Antique Aircraft - Cactus FlyIn Casa Grande, AZ - March 6, 2004 photos by Marc Borom ©2004 The following photos were taken at the annual Cactus Fly-in for Antique Aircraft held at the Casa Grande airport (KCGZ)in Casa Grande, AZ. The fly-in draws an assembly of amazingly well restored or replicated aircraft from the beginning of aviation up through about the 1960's. The care and attention given by the owners/restorers of these beautiful planes is truly amazing. I am not an aficionado of antique aircraft, and I did not absorb all the names of the specific aircraft. I provide the following photos for your enjoyment. Take specific note of the twin engine aluminum plane. If you have to ask how much it costs to maintain the polish on this aircraft, you certainly could not afford to own it. The polish is maintained by a crew of dozens of men working with rouge clothes. Just admire the attention given to the maintenance. If you know the name of a plane in a generic photo, please email me and I will add the name of the plane to the picture. Thanks.
